Rubix are seeking a senior sales consultant to join a team based in Teddington.
Our client are a large global property company, offering a dynamic working environment and an opportunity to sell a high quality luxury product. They are well known for a very high staff retention rate and offer excellent career progression.
The Senior Site Sales Consultant will be responsible for;
- Selling units from the luxury marketing suite
- Gaining thorough knowledge of the product and of each potential purchaser’s requirements to ensure you and the team achieve sales targets and sell units as profitably as possible
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have the following;
- Experience as a Site Sales Negotiator within new homes or agency
- Strong sales and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of the prime new homes market
- A proactive, well presented and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- £50,000 – £60,000
