Senior Property Manager – Flexible Working

Rubix Recruitment has been instructed exclusively on a Senior Property Manager position based out of Embankment to manage a niche portfolio of mixed residential and commercial units. This position will be based out of Embankment with 1 day from home. Your portfolio will not exceed 500 units and are all localised within central London.

The core duties of the role are:

  • Management of on-site staff
  • Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of your developments
  • Oversee financials such as budgets and accounts, and present relevant reports to clients
  • Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
  • Ensuring you maintain communication with key stakeholders where required through AGM’s and other avenues

  • MIRPM / AssocRICS qualified ideally
  • 5+ years industry experience

  • A natural leader and proven management experience
