Senior Concierge – Central London

Rubix Recruitment have been instructed on a search for a Senior Concierge on a prestigious, high- end, brand new residential development based in the heart of Central London.

I am looking for an experienced Concierge, from either a residential or hospitality background. It is imperative that applicants have experience working in a luxury/high-end setting. The core duties will include: –

  • Support the Estate Manager in delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service
  • Respond to residents’ enquiries effectively and with service in mind at all times
  • Coordinate and supervise onsite contractors
  • Record issues and actions taken
  • Have an awareness of Health and Safety and how this may impact the development
  • Be able to advise residents on the local area and amenities
  • Inspect the communal areas of the development and raise issues noted

· Effective communicator

· Well presented

· Concierge experience essential

· Residential or hospitality background

Salary: £27,000

Hours: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off shift structure
