Sales Progressor

Rubix Recruitment have been instructed to find an experienced Sales Progressor to join the fantastic Sales team at an independent estate and lettings agent in their SE London offices.

As Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for ensuring a streamlined sales process for purchasers and vendors. This role would suit someone with previous experience in sales and with specific knowledge of conveyancing. Your cure duties will include: –

  • Progressing and monitoring sales; being first point of contact for all interested parties
  • Overseeing and understand the conveyancing process, dealing with any issues that arise
  • Preparing weekly sales reports on leads and progression, ensuring procedures are recorded and ahered to
  • Managing price negotiations
  • Organising surveys, analysing results and proactively address any issues

My client is looking for someone who has at least 2 years’ worth of experience in sales, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process. They offer a great work-life balance and a relaxed office environment.

The ideal candidate will be a confident multi-tasker, superbly organised and able to work well under pressure. I am looking for a self-motivated, personable individual that has a natural ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. I am looking for the following skillset: –

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in sales
  • Good knowledge on the conveyancing process
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and computerised databases
  • Target-driven and highly organised
  • Self-motivated and excellent communicator

Salary up to £30,000 OTE
