This company is a market leader and is looking for a sales negotiator to come in and make the most of the extensive property list that our clients have. Moreover, our client is well-established in the central London market and is looking to bring aboard another negotiator as a result.
To be a successful Sales Negotiator in this company you need to be driven and target motivated. Ideally with some experience in the industry. The ideal sales negotiator will know how to drive the sales process and will have a passion to perform at the top of the market.
Sales negotiator key responsibilities:
- To arrange viewings with potential buyers
- Drive the sales process as a whole whilst aiding the purchaser and vendor throughout the process
- Field daily applicant enquiries and have the skills and knowledge to assess which properties will be a great option for them
- Give unparalleled customer service and advice to all clients
- Look for new opportunities in the property industry and develop contacts in order to help secure future business
- To assist in winning instructions within the companies agreed fee structure in order to increase the company’s market share
Sales negotiator salary basic £20,000 OTE 60k+ (accelerated commission structure)
