Our client, who are a leading independent property consultancy with a global presence, are searching for an experienced residential property manager to join their team, managing a super-prime portfolio.

As a prime residential property manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following;
- Attend to any items marked on check-in report
- Facilitate property visits twice a year on each property and action findings accordingly
- Arrange routine and emergency maintenance
- To co-ordinate and oversee refurbishment projects where applicable
- Ensure that all service contracts and maintenance contracts in place are kept up to date, in-line with the requirements in the contract
- To pay all contractor and other invoices, ensuring funds are available
- Send agreed dilapidations in schedule to tenant and carry out negotiations between both parties
- To carry out pre-tenancy works
- Liaise with TDS where applicable
- Print off daily/weekly error and warning reports for funds, work orders & inspections
- Adhere to set key performance indicators
- To be extremely professional and proactive and build and maintain good communication and relationships with all tenants, landlords & family offices to a very high standard
- To attend to any items marked on check out report and send dilapidation claim to landlord
The requirements of the ideal candidate are;
- ARLA Qualified
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential property management (ideally with super prime properties)
- Knowledge of the renewal process and basic accounts knowledge
- Experience in dealing with large/complex high-end properties
- Basic knowledge of heating and hot water system, plumbing and electrical would be beneficial
- Experience in dealing high net worth individuals
Salary;
- £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
