Rubix Recruitment are seeking a Renewals Administrator for a leading global property company based in NW London.

The Renewals Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the renewals team, often the first point of contact for clients and applicants, responsible for the general office paperwork, answering telephones, and day to day running and support of the department.
The Responsibilities of the administrator will be:
Office Administration:
- Maintaining filing systems
- Maintaining up to date record of renewals due
Professional Standards:
- Chasing other agents on renewals
- Preparing renewal documents to be sent to Landlord & Tenant
- Chasing Landlord and Tenants for signed documentation
- Assist with negotiations
- Updating charges on the system
General team responsibilities:
- Answering telephone, ordering stationery, providing day to day support to the team
- Professional experience and personal skills profile
The personal profile required for the role are:
- Experience in a similar secretarial role (desirable but not essential)
- Systems & IT competence (Word, Excel, Outlook and a reasonable typing speed, min 40 wpm)
- Organised individual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines calmly
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
The salary package offered for this administrator role will be:
- Up to £26,000 basic depending on experience
Annual discretionary bonus scheme
