Office Coordinator

Rubix are on the hunt for a Sales Office coordinator to join an exciting team based in the Prime Central London area.

Our client provides a wide range of services within the residential and commercial property sectors and has a large network of offices situated across the globe, giving them a strong well-known and trusted brand presence. They focus on delivering a high quality and consultative service to their customers to enable the brand to build strong and lasting relationships

For the chosen candidate the brand is in the best position to support development to ensure they achieve their career goals. The role requires being in the front office and being the support system to the lettings and sales teams. The main responsibilities of the coordinator role will be as follows:

  • Welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries efficiently
  • Registering new applicants and clients
  • Keeping record of keys via the key log and RPS system
  • Ordering and maintaining office stationary levels
  • Generating letters to prospective landlords and sellers
  • Booking viewings for negotiators in their absence
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Uploading marketing (pictures, floor plans etc) for listings
  • Keeping lettings checklists updated
  • Carrying out anti money laundering checks

To be an ideal candidate for this role you will need:

  • An excellent IT proficiency (excel, word etc)
  • Good all round communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous admin experience
  • The ability to work 8:40am – 6pm
