New Homes Sales Negotiator

Rubix are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a well respected, exciting New Homes department, based in modern offices in Canary Wharf.

Our client is a modern and innovative London estate agency, who specialise in the New Homes market. Currently holding six offices in London; they have expanded into the sales, letting, buying, investing and rental markets.

This Sales Negotiator role focusses on the New Homes sector and will have some of the following responsibilities:

  • Qualifying applicants for properties
  • Matching customers with the best new builds that meet their individual needs
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating deals

To be considered for this New Homes role, you will need the following attributes:

  • Good grasp of the London property market
  • Well presented
  • Sales experience (minimum one year)
  • A can-do attitude with the self-motivation
  • Target driven with the determination to exceed targets
  • Confident and proactive nature
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be available to start ASAP

Our client offers a package of:

  • Competitive basic salary of £18,000
  • £42,000 OTE
