New Homes Sales Consultant

Rubix are seeking candidates for a New Homes Sales Consultant role, with one of London’s leading property developers.

Our client are well known for their luxury high end quality and are offering excellent packages and training.

The Sales Consultants role responsibilities will be following;

  • To Liaise with clients and colleagues, ensuring the highest level of services and communication
  • Book and conduct appointments demonstrating the high-end apartments through the marketing suits
  • Complete sales and progress through to exchange
  • Have a clear grasp of the New Homes process, phasing and completion

The required skills/qualities of the ideal candidate are;

  • A background in property, ideally within property sales
  • Knowledge of the off-plan sales process
  • Local knowledge of the surrounding area
  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, personable and approachable individual


  • First year OTE £45,000
  • Basic £25,000
