Lettings Administrator

Rubix are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join a well established estate agency based in South West London.

The responsibilities of the role will be to support the negotiators in the office all the way through the deal progression phase. Your typical day will include meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone. You will also support the Lettings Manager by helping create and maintain appraisal packs, canvassing and preparing property advertising.

The skills and experience needed for an ideal lettings administrator will be;

  • Impeccable time management skills
  • An interest in property
  • The ability to manage and support a team of staff
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Experience in a fast paced administration role
  • Excellent telephone manner

Salary;

  • £20,000 – £23,000 DOE
