Lettings Administrator – Build to Rent

As Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day operational management of an exciting residential development, based in the heart of Manchester and will be instrumental in supporting the Resident Manager in delivering a first class customer service to residents. This is a great opportunity for a customer service driven professional looking for the next challenge in their career. Your core duties will include: –

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Being responsive to email/phone enquiries
  • Booking and attending viewings for potential tenants
  • Updating the client’s social media letting platform
  • Assisting to compile check in and out reports and move in/out procedures
  • Processing resident applications, carrying out relevant background checks
  • Ensuring full compliance with the latest lettings legislation and best practice procedures

Our client is looking for someone who has 2 years’ experience in a hospitality environment and thrives off working in a fast-paced work space. I am looking for someone who is confident demonstrating leadership, sales and organisational abilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and competent in administrative skills. This role will suit someone with a background in customer service, who is confident building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels.

Key requirements for this role:

  • At least 2 years’ in property lettings or similar customer service driven role (hotels, student accommodation, retail, commercial buildings)
  • Strong sales skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competent in MS Office. Experience using Property Management systems would be advantageous
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be flexible to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays

Salary: £20,000 plus discretionary bonus
