Lettings Administrator

Rubix Recruitment are seeking candidates for a lettings administrator role based in Fulham.

Our client are industry specialists for sale and to rent, across south west London, with offices covering the whole of London. They offer career progression and a role based within a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

The Responsibilities of this administrator role will be:

  • Dealing with any lettings queries
  • Supporting the team by arranging viewings, answering incoming calls, liaising with both landlords and tenants
  • Assisting with both long term and short term lets
  • Be proactive in providing administrative support for the team
  • General office management

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A year’s coordinator/administration experience in an estate agency environment preferred
  • Ideally ARLA qualified
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy including Word and Excel
