Lettings Administrator

Rubix are currently seeking candidates for part time lettings administrator role based in Manchester.

Our client are an exciting and expanding Residential Rental brand looking for a weekend Lettings Administrator who will play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building. Our client owns and manages rental developments, taking ownership over the whole letting and property management process on behalf of the residents, whilst encouraging and maintaining a community feel to the residence.

The responsibilities of this lettings admin role will be but not limited to the following:

  • Deal with resident issues in a timely and positive manner
  • Focus on direct let opportunities

The candidate skills and requirements for this role will be:

  • High level of customer service experience
  • Friendly and approachable nature
  • A positive attitude towards a changing and fast based environment is essential
  • Commercially savvy, enthusiastic, engaged and friendly manor
  • 12 months+ experience in lettings, administration or related business (student accommodation, commercial buildings, hotels)
  • Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting a product
  • Computer literate
  • Positive attitude towards learning and training
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays

Our client offers a salary for this role of:

  • £10,000 PA
