Rubix are currently seeking candidates for part time lettings administrator role based in Manchester.
Our client are an exciting and expanding Residential Rental brand looking for a weekend Lettings Administrator who will play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building. Our client owns and manages rental developments, taking ownership over the whole letting and property management process on behalf of the residents, whilst encouraging and maintaining a community feel to the residence.
The responsibilities of this lettings admin role will be but not limited to the following:
- Deal with resident issues in a timely and positive manner
- Focus on direct let opportunities
The candidate skills and requirements for this role will be:
- High level of customer service experience
- Friendly and approachable nature
- A positive attitude towards a changing and fast based environment is essential
- Commercially savvy, enthusiastic, engaged and friendly manor
- 12 months+ experience in lettings, administration or related business (student accommodation, commercial buildings, hotels)
- Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting a product
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude towards learning and training
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Our client offers a salary for this role of:
- £10,000 PA
