Rubix Recruitment are currently on a search for a head of core sales, to join one of London’s leading agencies with a role that will be based in the Chelsea/Kensington area.
Our client currently hold a network of 67 offices and offer services in the residential, commercial or rural property sectors. As the head of core sales, your role will be the focus of growing register and market share.
The key responsibilities of the core sales role will be:
- Develop a strong portfolio of clients
- Manage client base to deliver financial goals
- Manage fee negotiations
The ideal head of core sales candidate will need the following profile:
- Strong track record of deals in the market
- Previous experience of delivering financial goals and growth
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills
Should you be successful, this role offers a salary of:
- £35k basic
- £70k OTE
