Rubix have been instructed by a leading managing agent to find an experienced Estate Manager with a natural and authentic leadership style. You will be overseeing a flagship development with a full staff compliment of Concierge, Cleaning/Gardening staff and Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to unify the team and support them with a strong residential and leasehold knowledge. You will have the task of ensuring all stakeholder issues are dealt with whilst delivering a high level of customer service with a proactive attitude. In return you will be leading a prestigious development in a decisive and effective way in keeping with the excellent Core duties include-
- Leading the Estate Team and motivating them to deliver an exemplary level of customer service
- Innovative and implement new strategies with the Leaseholders in mind
- Maintain an effective relationship with the client with a proactive approach
- Ensure the Estate complies with Health and Safety legislation
- Engage the Leaseholders with a community engagement strategy, i.e events and newsletters etc

- 5 years relevant Leasehold/Estate or Building Management
- Industry relevant qualification, AIRPM, MIRPM or NEBOSH
- Experience of overseeing large teams
