Customer Relationship Manager

On behalf of a client, the Rubix team are on the hunt for a customer relationship manager to join a buzzing team within the south west London area.

Our client are a well-known international property company who focus on offering a bespoke property service for new home buyers, investors, landlords and tenants. This role will focus on owning the management of new and existing client relationships, the ideal candidate for this role will be able to manage the customer journey and provide amazing customer service.

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

  • To maintain a customer complaint register, and proactively resolve issues and improve the system/process to avoid repetition of the same type of complaints
  • Assess the current CRM processes and systems and enhance or redesign them to industry best standards level
  • Drive post sales activity with customers
  • Liaise with accounts on payments/outstanding or any scheduling with respect to payments
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide information to management on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives
  • Explain to customers our new homes business, services, pricing and answer queries satisfactorily
  • Fortnightly MIS reporting to senior management and weekly reporting on any issue, which requires urgent attention from the senior management
  • Championing cross-selling opportunities with customers, educating customers about our unique end-to-end services
  • Achieve customer relationship targets and KPIs as set by the reporting manager
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales team
  • Update the CRM and ensuring that changes within customers are recorded

The ideal qualities and experience candidates should have to be suitable for this role are:

  • A relevant undergraduate degree
  • Previous experience working as a customer relationship manager or an excellent track record of managing client relationships
  • Experience of use of digital CRM system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and PPT
