Customer and Community Experience Manager

Rubix Recruitment are a well-established block management agent and are looking for a Customer and Community Experience Manager to join a unique, growing property service provider based in their central London offices.

A highly people-focused role, the Customer and Community Experience Manager will be pivotal in engaging the communities in our large portfolio of exciting mixed-use developments and individual assets. Acting as a brand ambassador at all times, the Customer and Community Experience Manager will represent both the brand and the client being first point of contact for all parties. The core duties include:

  • Maintain a positive relationship with stakeholders within the developments
  • Taking the lead in overseeing and positively engaging with communities across the managed properties
  • Develop procedures, encouraging communication with clients that is positive and not reactive
  • Represent both the brand and the client, being the first point of contact for both parties

My client is looking for someone who is passionate about engaging with people and has a strong knowledge of the property sector. The successful candidate will be personable, energetic and be innovative in their approach. I am looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and who is well-versed in building and nurturing relationships at all levels. I am looking for someone with the following skillset: –

  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience of delivering a high level of service
  • Passionate and friendly in approach
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong interest and abilities in social media
