Client Services Consultant

Rubix have a new opportunity for an experienced Client Services Consultant to join a busy Residential office focussed on the Business Development Division.

Our clients are a leading International Estate Agency, who are respectably one of the best within their field in the UK. For the right candidate they offer a lively but professional working environment and enticing compensation packages.

The responsibilities of the Consultant will be:

  • To liaise with clients on sales calls
  • Create and oversee any leads
  • To communicate effectively with the negotiators within the office to be able to maintain the internal databases
  • Achieve and exceed any business development targets
  • Develop and maintain personal database of new business
  • Strengthen and develop client relationships

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience relevant to this consultant role, such as:

  • Superb all rounded communication skills
  • Proven experience of a sales or business development background
  • Target driven mindset
  • Experience with generating business with a focus on developing the estate agents market share
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work loads
  • Management or database administration experience
  • Awareness of the house buying process

The salary package for this role is £40 – £45k OTE and an 18k basic.
