Client Services Consultant

Rubix Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Consultant for a global leading property agent based in South West London.

A challenging and exciting role, as a Client Services Consultant you will be joining our client’s busy and growing sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with all our clients to generate continual business and increase market share. This is a fantastic entry level, graduate role for someone looking to start their career in the property industry. A highly proactive role, this would suit someone with experience in sales. Your core duties will include:-

  • Networking across all UK residential offices
  • Supporting managers on following up and securing business leads current, old and new.
  • Keeping other areas of the business in mind when providing additional services to clients, to generate more business.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a passion for the property industry. I am looking for someone who has an excellent phone manner and is confident liaising with people at all levels. I am looking for a commercially minded, target driven individual who ideally has a strong background in sales. I am looking for the following skillset:-

  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone manner
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of London
  • Commercially minded and target driven
  • Competent IT skills in MS Office; working knowledge of Excel and Outlook essential
  • Background in sales beneficial is ideal but not essential
