Block Manager (home based)

Rubix recruitment have been instructed by a leading managing agent who are looking for a Block Manager for a home based position covering a Central/North London portfolio. My client has exceptional standards of customer service which is reinforced by a leading reputation within the industry. The role is completely home based with the requirement to attend sites in Central/North London as required. You will be fully equipped to work from home and will have the support of an Associate Director for advice/guidance on complex matters. Core duties include-


  • Overseeing a portfolio of 550 units across 15 developments
  • Managing the developments with customer service the forefront of your delivery
  • Leading on section 20 works as required
  • Attending AGM’s (time in Lieu will be given)
  • Proactive attitude towards client interaction
  • Setting service charge budgets
  • Complete property inspections as required
  • Respond to issues in a timely and resolution focused way
