Area Director

Rubix have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled business person and property professional to manage a well respected brand’s group of estate agency offices in London.

As Area Director, you will lead, manage and develop a network of offices. You will have a proven track record of creating, maintaining and developing a profitable business within a well-regarded Estate Agency, as well as already having multi-branch experience, strong industry knowledge and be up to speed with local market conditions.

Qualifications and experience of the ideal candidate;

  • An in-depth knowledge of business activities with time served at management level within Residential Sales & Lettings
  • Proven experience of business strategy, development and delivery
  • Ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across all levels and deliver consistently high standards of customer service
  • Risk management experience a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience of managing and developing staff
  • Performance review experience
  • Change management experience
  • You will be a confident communicator
  • The ability to act with both diplomacy and authority
  • Forward-thinking, adaptable and when needed, can encourage change across the business
  • Experience of working with financial data, managing P&L accounts, and good analytical skills


  • £150,000 Per annum, OTE
